Shipping
Miska offers FREE SHIPPING to U.S. addresses on all items purchased from our website.
Miska Jewelers ships to the contiguous 48 states, Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, shipping to international destinations, U.S. territories and PO Boxes are unavailable.
When placing an online order, your credit card billing address must also be within the United States.
Processing Time
Although we usually ship the same day if your order is shipped during normal business hours, please allow up to 3 business days of processing time for all orders plus shipping time. Your oder can be shipped via fully insured NEXT DAY or 2 DAY UPS, USPS or FedEx for an additional fee. Please call for cost and details.
Jewelry Warranty
Miska Jewelers offers a one-year warranty against manufacturers defects. We suggest having your items appraised and insured against loss, damage or theft with an addendum to your homeowner’s policy.
Sales Tax
If merchandise is shipped outside of Pennsylvania and sales tax is not charged, the customer may be liable for a state use tax.
Jewelry Cleaning and Inspection
Miska Jewelers offers lifetime free jewelry cleaning and inspection. We recommend that this be done at least twice a year.
Jewelry and Watch Repair Policies
Repairs are warranted for one year from the date of delivery unless otherwise designated. Only the specific repairs performed are covered. Problems resulting from inherent flaws, excessive wear, customer negligence or accidental damage aren’t covered. Miska Jewelers reserves the right to designate some repairs as non-warrantable and will inform the customer before the work is done. We also reserve the right to determine if a problem is covered by warranty and to choose a corrective course of action. When installing a new battery, Miska Jewelers cannot guarantee the manufacturer’s water resistance of any watch without performing a "battery change service" by our watchmaker or by the manufacturer. Miska Jewelers is not responsible for any repair unclaimed 90 days after notification.
