Service and Cleaning: We will clean your jewelry with ultrasonic and steam, and check the setting free of charge. We recommend this be done every 6 months. We are not responsible for the loss of stones due to worn prongs and settings when cleaning.
Watch Repair Guarantee: Watch overhauls are guaranteed for 12 months. There is no guarantee for moisture, bands, crystals or minor repairs. Replacement of batteries does not guarantee function or water resistance.
Repair Take-in: Liability for any damage or loss of items shall be limited to the actual cost to repair or replace the item(s). This store shall not be held responsible for the following: identification or condition of jewelry at time of receipt, treated or enhanced diamonds or colored stones or items that are unmarked or marked incorrectly. We are not responsible for items left beyond 90 days of notification.
Special Orders: All special orders require a 50% deposit and are non-cancellable, non-returnable or refundable.
Custom Work: Custom designed jewelry involves metals, gems and labor furnished for a specific client. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work. Every effort will be made to accurately manufacture the item(s) ordered. Full payment upon receipt of custom work will denote the client’s complete satisfaction.
Colored Gemstone Enhancement Disclosure: Enhancement is any treatment process other than cutting and polishing that improves the appearance (color/clarity/phenomena), durability, or availability of a gemstone. Many gemstones have historically and traditionally been enhanced. The methods of enhancement vary within each variety of gemstone. Unless otherwise noted, all gemstones on this website have undergone traditional enhancement processes.
Layaway Policy: Layaway payments are required at least every 30 days. Articles placed on layaway will be held for a maximum of 120 days from the date the item(s) were initially put on layaway. If no satisfactory arrangements have been made for full payment beyond this period, the merchandise will be returned to stock and all payments will be forfeited. At our discretion, layaways may be cancelled in the event of special circumstances. In such a case, a restocking fee of 15% of the original invoice will be charged.
Returns and Exchanges: All in-stock items may be returned within 14 days of date of purchase for full credit or refund. Merchandise must be in the original packaging with any warranty or papers provided. Special orders, sale Items, altered and sized items and custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
